One of our core strategic strengths is sticking to what we do best which is strategy and activation(delivery of concepts) and relying on our long standing partner relationships of application IT developers and designers to show their magic with our bespoke applications we create to support or measure our strategies. This is all created, architected and managed by the Quirky Team. Our applications are developed to be flexible and integrate into most IT platforms. Where they don’t, we will find a way to ensure that they do.

Our success has shown us that authenticity and originality in the campaign strategies and design are critical and more importantly that rewards are aligned to the desires of a community/companies staff. Critical to our success has been the BUY-IN phase of whatever we do, where we emphasize co-creation and collaboration from staff. This enables us to recognise and reward staff from the offset of a program.

This means creating (procuring) and aligning rewards to that of the audience as opposed to a random meaningless catalogue. Our new partner relationships have created the flexibility for the user to redeem there points and convert them via mobile/web to gift cards/mastercards/ debit cards/vouchers or mobile to mobile, points transfers, seamlessly.
We are accredited as a global partner of the Barrett Values Centre. This allows us to use the globally successful Culture Transformation Tools (CTT) for assessing the culture, values and behaviours of an organisation.
